Dear Binoj, Thanks a lot for this guide. You helped me cure my windows without re-installing them. Thanks a ton. Can you help me out with one more thing. I am unable to cure my right-click menu for some items, like hard disk properties etc. (shared link for screenshot - Link - https://imgur.com/a/IS28G) I tried everything, changed theme, colour scheme, reset my pc without losing files option. Please help if you can, thanks.

how did you get webiopi to bring up the interface screen where you can control the rc car? i can get webiopi installed and i can get to the login page off my computer once the car to powered on but i cant get your pi car controls to show up on the page

Can't do this method because registry is unreadable like the desktop, do you have a better method ?

Thank you so much. We had this issue when someone sent my husband a font and it ended up messing up his fonts.
We tried a different method first going through safe mode with command prompt...and that ended up making it worse and making it so that EVERYTHING was in wingdings...all menus and everything.
Thank God we came across your article.
Then we did restore point to earlier when the font was still messed up, but not as bad.
Then we found your lifesaving article

Thanks. My issue was a bit more complicated. Almost every text, except for the turn off window was in symbols. But with your way I became able to fix enough to reach the restoration menu.
